Cancellations:

In the event you need to cancel your participation in the conference, the cancellation
is a two step process: The conference registration and the room reservation
must be cancelled separately.

To cancel your room reservation, please be sure to select the proper hotel:

You must contact the Inn on Biltmore by telephone at 1-800-411-2529.

You must contact the DoubleTree Inn by telephone at 1-828-274-1800.

Cancellation Policy
Conference cancellations requested before May 19, 2006 will receive a full refund.
Those who do not attend, and have not cancelled their conference registration, are
responsible for the full registration fee.

Hotel refund requests are subject to the hotel policy, which is:

Inn on Biltmore

" A deposit based on the value of your first night’s stay is required to secure your
reservation for a room or package. This deposit will be applied to your last night’s
stay and will be forfeited in the event of an early departure.

If you cancel 15 or more days before your arrival, a $50.00 cancellation fee is charged; the
remainder of the deposit is returned to your credit card.

If you cancel within 14 days of your arrival, the cancellation fee is equal to your deposit."

"If you wish to cancel, please do so 24 hours before arrival to avoid cancellation penalties."
