Registration / Payment:

Registration for the conference and hotel is a two-step process.
You must complete both actions in order to be registered for the conference and
to have a room reserved.

1. CONFERENCE FEE - The advance registration deadline is June 15th.
The registration fee for regular participants is $ 650.
The registration fee for students is $ 195.
The registration fee includes:

- Conference binder with the extended abstracts
- Continental breakfasts on Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday and Thursday mornings
- Lunches and coffee breaks on Monday, Tuesday and Wednesday
- Receptions on Sunday, Tuesday and Wednesday evenings
- Dinners on Tuesday and Wednesday evenings
- Post dinner guided tour of the Biltmore House on Wednesday evening

- Additional Tuesday evening dinner tickets are available at $ 85 per person
- Additional Wednesday evening dinner tickets are available at $ 85 per person
- Additional Wednesday evening Biltmore House tour tickets are available at $ 44 per person

2. CONFERENCE FEE PAYMENT
The conference registration fee can be paid by credit card or by wire transfer.  You will be able to choose
either option when you click to register below.

Please note that if you choose to pay by wire transfer, we also require that you complete
the Guidelines for Sending the Payment by Electronic Funds Transfer.  This form can be faxxed
to 919-515-7614 or e-mailed to ContinuingEducation@ncsu.edu, but must be sent if you choose this option.

Guidelines for Sending the Payment by Electronic Funds Transfer:

The conference fee can be paid with American Express, MasterCard, or Visa credit cards.
This payment can be taken online.

3. HOTEL ACCOMMODATION
All conference participants must register for a hotel separately using the information below.

According to our latest information, the block of rooms that was reserved at the conference hotel,
the Inn on Biltmore, is now full. However, rooms should be available at two nearby hotels,
the DoubleTree Inn and the Baymont Inn, and the conference will provide regular shuttle bus service
between the two locations. DoubleTree Inn reservations can be made using the link below.
Baymont Inn reservations can only be made by telephone at the number listed below.

When arranging your flights, please note that checking-in at the hotel is possible from
16:00 hrs. Early arrivals can only be guaranteed to check-in upon earlier arrival by booking
the preceding night, if not it will depend on availability of hotel rooms. Check-out time is 11:00 hrs.

4. REGISTRATION

Discount reservations at the Baymont Inn can only be made by telephone at 1-877-229-6668.
When placing the reservation the Group Confirmation Number is 455045113. This group will
expire on June 15th.

In the event that additional rooms are added to the block at the Inn on Biltmore,
you can use this link to make your hotel reservation at the Inn on Biltmore
On the reservation page, select "reserve your room online" then enter the dates and 18A9KN for the Group Code.

You must complete both a conference registration and a separate hotel reservation.

Conference on-site registration will open at 4:00 PM on Sunday, June 25th,
and the conference will end at 11:00 AM on Thursday, June 29th.

After your payment has been processed for the conference registration, you will receive an e-mail
confirmation from NC State University.  A separate confirmation will be sent to you for your
hotel reservations.
