How long is the program?
This summer, the program dates are May 30, 2007 - August 3, 2007.
What is the stipend?
The stipend is $4,500 for the 10 weeks of the program. The stipend is paid directly to the student as a paycheck. Please note that the required taxes will be taken out as required by NCSU
Can International Students Apply?

Is Room and Board included?
You will be living on the campus of North Carolina State University, in the newly renovated Honors Commons with other Summer Research Fellows. Room and board are directly paid by the Sustainablity, Engineering, and Environmental Summer Program (SEE). The Program will pay for your housing directly with no up front cost to you. For those bringing cars for the summer, parking will be included.
How will I get there from here?
Raleigh is serviced by Raleigh-Durham International Airport, and is at the crossroads of I-95 and I-40.
How competitive is the program?
We anticipate that the program will be quite competitive. We are looking for students interested in research, a good work ethic, and a sincere interest in the projects. We are also seeking students who have an interest in continuing their education and want to become leaders in their professions.
How do I apply?
The application for the Sustainablity Engineering Environmental Summer Program (SEE)program at NCSU is available on-line in Adobe PDF format. You also need to include reference forms.
