Research interests:Atomic layer deposition and applications in inorganic and molecular systems. Organic/inorganic interfaces and nanoscale surface processes. Low temperature nanocoatings and surface modification of complex surface structures. Fundamental modeling and experiments of surface reactions in thin film deposition.
